Oprah Is Hosting a Month of Live Virtual Wellness Seminars (and They’re All Completely Free)

oprah virtual wellness seminars

The world is a stressful place right now, however, Oprah is here to brighten your day with some online wisdom.

"Oprah’s Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward" is a live experience streaming every week starting May 16. Inspired by her 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus tour, the online sessions will provide self-care tips and tools to use at home.

"In early 2020, I spent nine weeks traveling the country, talking to people about being well and staying focused. It was exhilarating. Then the pandemic hit and shook us all," Winfrey said in a press release. "Now, it’s more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let’s reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most."

Winfrey will keep the sessions interactive, spending time talking with and listening to viewers. She will also give insight into her own experiences dealing with quarantining and social distancing during the pandemic. Each event will feature stories, talks with thought leaders and experts in the wellness space and workbook exercises to help you live a stronger, healthier life during this tough time. Every week will also revolve around a specific theme such as "focus," "connect," "adapt" and "commit."

The SuperSoul Sundays host previously toured cities across the country with a star-studded line-up of guests that included Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga and Michelle Obama. Fingers crossed Winfrey invites a few of those big names into her virtual events.

Simply sign up on the Weight Watchers website to be part of the virtual experience (or watch directly on Facebook or YouTube). From May 16 through June 6, each weekly session will start at 11 a.m. and if you register ahead of time, you’ll receive the workbook exercises and a digital wellness bag (whatever that is).

We don’t know about you, but we have our Saturday mornings booked for the next month.
