Sure, Jordan Rodgers already proposed to JoJo Fletcher on the season 12 finale of The Bachelorette, but that didn’t stop the sports announcer from re-popping the question over the weekend.
That’s right, the Bachelor Nation couple is engaged (again). And this time, the ring is even bigger than the first. (No offense, Neil Lane.) Here’s everything you need to know about Fletcher’s new sparkler.
JoJo’s “Whisper Thin Oval Ring” features a large circular diamond set on a super-thin band. The accessory also has a hidden halo of smaller gems, which can only be seen upon closer inspection.
According to his Instagram Story, Rodgers co-designed the sparkler with Ring Concierge, a company that specializes in custom engagement rings.
Rodgers got down on one knee (again) on the three-year anniversary of their Bachelorette engagement. Although Fletcher thought they were looking at potential wedding venues, that all changed when her fiancé presented her with a brand-new ring.
“Yesterday, Jordan asking me to marry him… again!!” she wrote on Instagram. “I didn’t see it coming nor ever expected it… I can’t put into words how much it meant to me @jrodgers1… but I think you know by now from me balling hysterically and totally blacking out.”
As for the original 3.5-carat diamond ring she received on the show, Fletcher confirmed that it’s not going anywhere anytime soon, since it has too much “sentimental value.”
“We kept it. We have it. It means so much, so we’re keeping that one,” she said on her Instagram Story. “Maybe we’ll do something with it.”
Unfortunately, the Cash Pad stars haven’t revealed any further details about when or where their wedding will take place, though we do know they’re aiming for spring or summer 2020.
