If you’re like me, you make a beeline for the hot bar every time you visit Whole Foods and promptly see yourself out. (Fine, you might make a pitstop at the mix-and-match cookie station…) But there are dozens of autumn-inspired reasons to hit up the upscale grocery store, since 365 by Whole Foods Market, the in-house brand, just released all of its 2024 fall items. In addition to tons of seasonal cleaning products and home items (Honeycrisp cider soap! Lakeside Leaves all-purpose spray! Pumpkin Crumble candles!), there are 13 new and returning foods and drinks that I can’t *wait* to add to my cart. Read on for my favorites.

31 Trader Joe’s Fall Items We Can’t *Wait* to Try, from Pumpkin Bisque to Apple Cider Doughnuts

Between the new Starbucks fall drinksTarget’s autumn launches and Trader Joe’s new September collection, apple is the flavor of the season. (Sorry, pumpkin.) These sweet, spiced sandwiches, made with vanilla graham cookies and cider-flavored crème, are right on the pulse. I’ll be dunking mine in hot cider, thank you very much.

To get the crisp, cinnamony splendor of apple cider without all the sugar, turn to this bubbly pick. It’s bound to be delicious on its own, but I’m betting that it’d also be the perfect topper for any big-batch punch bowl or single-serve fall cocktail. Pair it with cranberry juice, ginger beer or apple cider.

3. Organic Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup

Whole Foods Market

However you serve it, this top-notch condiment, aged in bourbon barrels for complexity, won’t disappoint. Add it to a whiskey drink, drizzle it over pancakes or pair it with sharp cheddar cheese on a fall charcuterie board.

Before you eat all that Halloween candy you hid in the pantry, sink your teeth into these luscious chocolates. Brimming with apple-flavored almond butter and rich caramel, they’re sure to satisfy your craving for something sweet without totally bogging you down.

IMO, it’s never too cold out for a frozen treat. So, you can count on me cozying up to one of these decadent ice cream sandwiches on my couch this autumn. The filling is made with silky pumpkin purée, cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg, along with organic sugar and cream for good measure.

I know, I know: You love a pumpkin spice latte. But on days where you don’t feel like making the trek to Starbucks (or paying for it), turn to this fair trade joe that delivers all the same taste notes you crave. You can top your cuppa with frothed milk—or better yet, an autumn-flavored creamer—for a more luxurious texture.

A few minutes in the oven and your whole kitchen will smell like an autumn wonderland. Real pumpkin, ginger, allspice and cloves unite for a versatile baking mix that only needs eggs, milk and oil to turn into batter. Bonus points for finishing your bread or muffins with cinnamon cream cheese frosting (don’t worry, the recipe is on the box).

Warning: You will want to eat the entire box in one sitting. The irresistibly crunchy pumpkin cookies hide a generous slathering of tangy, creamy frosting that acts as a flawless foil. Dunk ’em in mulled cider, steamed milk, pumpkin coffee or hot chocolate for extra decadence.

9. Pumpkin Spice Whipped Topping

Whole Foods Market

Speaking of hot chocolate, this festive product would be the ultimate finishing touch. It’s also prime for topping cupcakes, apple cider and all types of pie (namely pecan, apple and pumpkin).

Add a few pantry staples to the mix and breakfast will be mere minutes away. You can finish the pancakes or waffles with three delicious toppings, as suggested on the box: cinnamon pecan syrup, warm apple compote or, wait for it, cinnamon-maple butter.

11. Apple Pear Ginger Italian Soda

Whole Foods Market

Vibrant, slightly sweet and oh-so seasonal, this sipper is begging for a spot at your first fall dinner party. You can pair it with vodka, ginger beer and lime for a fruity play on a Moscow mule, or turn it into a booze-free float with a few scoops of pear sorbet.

12. Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

Whole Foods Market

A healthier spin on an iconic breakfast pastry? Don’t mind if I do. Whether you have time to boil water or opt for the microwave, this oatmeal will keep you energized and delivers 29 grams of whole grains in every serving. Crown it with sliced bananas, walnuts, honey and all the brown sugar your heart desires.

13. Spiced Chai Tea

Whole Foods Market

If you’re more into tea than coffee, this organic black tea loaded with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and black pepper is sure to soothe you at first sip. Cut it with milk or spike it with vanilla syrup to sweeten it.
