If, like us, you’re all about health and wellness videos on social media, then the name Mona Vand will of course be very familiar. Hailed as one of the top experts in the nutrition and natural wellness education field, Vand (who also has a pharmacy degree) is here to help people live their best healthy lives every day.

And now, the wellness expert has partnered with another famous name, Just Salad, to release an exclusive menu item for a brand that, according to its website, aims to “make everyday health and everyday sustainability possible.”

Introducing “Mona’s Dreamy Caesar,” a brand-new salad that puts a healthier twist on the classic. Oh, and did we mention this menu item has been personally crafted by Vand herself?

The delicious dish features a romaine and supergreens blend, shaved broccoli, cucumbers, Tajin® spiced pumpkin seeds, organic chickpeas, avocado and Mona's Vegan Caesar Dressing.

When asked about the health benefits of her Caesar salad, Vand shared, “I believe that food is a powerful medicine, and I live by that philosophy every day. My goal is to help people on their wellness journeys using my background and education as a former pharmacist, and I’m thrilled to partner with Just Salad to help offer their consumers a plant-forward nutritious option.”

She continued, “This salad is exactly the way I like to eat—it incorporates a variety of healthy ingredients that all add their own unique nutritional benefits while being extremely clean and packed with flavor and texture.”

Want to try it for yourself? The “Mona’s Dreamy Caesar” is available in-store and on the Just Salad app/website for a limited time from now until October 31, 2023.
