We have a hard time turning down dessert on a normal day but make it mini and stick us in Disney and the answer will always be yes. Case in point: this holiday-themed Mickey Mousse dome cake complete with sprinkle-coated ears and a chocolate tail. It’s almost too petit to eat…almost.

Don’t let the word parfait fool you, this holiday special is anything but boring. We begin with a base of bourbon white chocolate mousse, topped with a thin layer of maple chocolate ganache. The cranberry cherry panna cotta provides some tongue-puckering tartness while the chocolate chiffon cake crumble adds some much-needed crunch... Like we said, it’s not your average parfait.
