The Cheesecake Factory Is Debuting a New Flavor—And It’s *So* Perfect for Summer

Sound the alarm: National Cheesecake Day is on July 30, and I’m urging you to celebrate with a slice of your favorite dessert. Before you start preparing a water bath to bake one at home, you should know The Cheesecake Factory is launching a new flavor on July 29: Triple Berry Bliss.

Think the resto’s classic creamy cheesecake, a layer of fluffy vanilla cake, three types of berries and “a kiss of citrus.” It comes complete with a generous whipped cream garnish, fresh mint and a rim of white and pink chocolate curls.

I got to taste the new flavor myself a few days early at the Cherry Hill, New Jersey Cheesecake Factory location and was delighted by its appearance and taste alike. It’s bursting with sweet-tart flavor and real fruit. For me, cheesecake is all about that signature tang, and I think the berries’ punch of sour, summery splendor is a perfect pairing.
