I will shamelessly admit that I’ll take any chance I can get to copy Kate Middleton’s legendary style, and one particular look donned by the royal recently was an elegant fall-friendly ensemble that I almost missed. For Sunday Service at Crathie Church in Aberdeenshire, Scotland over the weekend, Middleton was spotted in the Full-Length Marlborough Trench Coat from Holland and Cooper, which she paired with a dark brown felt feather hat from Hicks & Brown. (I found several lookalikes for her trench, like this Plaid Wool Trench Coat from Ralph Lauren for $798—more on that in a minute).
Joined by Prince William amongst other family members, the event was Middleton’s first public appearance in over a month, making it a special family gathering. While I absolutely adore the trench coat she wore, it is a little bit harder to snag (especially now since Middleton has worn it).
