Today, the Princess of Wales and her husband, Prince William, attended their first official event since Prince Harry released his memoir, Spare. Upon arrival, Princess Catherine wore a flattering black dress with a matching belt, but it was her tartan coat that stole the show.
Princess Catherine was wearing the Double Breasted Longline Coat in Blackwatch by Holland Cooper. The green-and-black tartan pattern was noticeable yet subtle, and it added dimension to the black midi dress she paired with it. Unfortunately, the item has already sold out online. But (good news!) we found three similar options that are currently available. Keep scrolling for details.
It’s not double-breasted, but the pattern is strikingly similar. And it’s made from a super-soft fabric that will protect you from the elements. Just like Princess Catherine’s, the coat falls to the knee.
2. Tommy Hilfiger Plaid Maxi Coat

Behold: a nearly identical double-breasted coat. Not only is it made from recycled materials, but it also has a flattering silhouette that gets narrower at the bottom.
3. Harris Wharf London Plaid Single-Breasted Coat
Harris Wharf London
Harris Wharf London is known for its refined tailoring, and we can see why. According to the description, the coat is “cut from virgin wool to a single-breasted silhouette, enhanced by a plaid pattern.”
