ABC Revealed the Men of ‘The Golden Bachelorette’ in New Vid—and I Noticed Something Super Striking

When Joan Vassos dives back into the dating scene as the leading lady on ABC's The Golden Bachelorette, she’ll have a lineup of some seriously impressive single seniors to choose from.

Sure, the cast is packed with silver foxes who are total eye candy, but there’s something even more striking about these guys.

Unlike the typical Bachelorette cast, these men seem way more grounded and put-together. Just watching them in the promo, you can feel the maturity oozing off them—something that’s not always the case with their younger counterparts. Let’s just say, those extra years of life experience are really working in their favor.

“We’re not what our grandparents were,” one of the men says in the promo which dropped Tuesday, August 13.

“There’s nothing we can’t do that another age group can do, but we might just have a new hip in there,” another quips with a laugh.

“If you have a heart that’s authentic, you never know when Cupid’s gonna sling its arrow,” another shares.

And honestly, the fact that these older guys are super easy on the eyes doesn’t hurt. Fans are all about it too.

“These men are HOT!!! Some of them CAN’T be in their 60s,” one fan raved. Another added, “All of the men look so nice and handsome. Can’t wait to see what happens.”

“Yaaay Joan,” a third cheered. “What an amazing selection of fabulous men.”

Oh, and did you spot a familiar face? Mark Anderson, Kelsey Anderson’s dad, is among her suitors. Yep, Kelsey who stole Joey Graziadei’s heart on The Bachelor season 28.

Kelsey is all in on her dad’s journey, even commenting, “LETS GOOOOO DAD,” on the post.

Vassos, 61, was on the first season of The Golden Bachelor with Gerry Turner, but her journey was cut short due to a family medical emergency. (Turner’s journey ended with an engagement to Theresa Nist. The duo wed in January 2024 but ultimately filed for divorce just three months later in April.)

Now, Vassos is back and ready for another shot at love.
