After 20 years of marriage, I'd think that a couple would really know each other. And King Charles and Queen Camilla have just proven that theory right. The couple traveled to Italy for a state visit from April 7 to April 10 and Camilla spoke to reporters about her husband's work amid his ongoing cancer treatment.

"I think he loves his work, and it keeps him going. And I think it's wonderful, you know, if you've been ill and you are recovering, you're getting better and now he wants to do more and more and more. That's the problem," Queen Camilla said, according to BBC. "That's what he's driven by — helping others."

When presented with the idea that her husband might lighten his workload, the Queen made a surprising statement to shoot down the thought: "Dream on."

Camilla's not the only one who knows how to give a cheeky response. Last year, King Charles took a moment to thank someone for their kind comment and share his admiration for his wife, who he credits with a big part of his recovery.

Beaming over at his significant other, King Charles commented on his marriage with a smile by saying, “I just obey my instructions.” You know what they say, happy wife, happy life.

Camilla and Charles had quite the time in Italy. They visted the world famous Colosseum, met with the Pope and even enjoyed a state dinner. And, the Palace just released a recap from their trip, complete with clips of the King and Queen interacting with supporters.

"Goodbye and thank you very much, Italy! It was a very special week, where we lived the best of Italy. Thank you for your warm friendship and hospitality," the royal couple commented.
