The Paris 2024 Olympic Games have officially wrapped, but I can’t stop thinking about the sweet surprise of a video that Kensington Palace dropped—and this one major moment that no one is talking about.

In the rare video, Prince William and Kate Middleton made a special appearance thanking Team Great Britain. The short clip featured a mix of well-known faces—Greg James, Rebecca Adlington, Sir Chris Hoy and David Beckham—each sending their love and final cheers to the athletes. But if you didn’t watch all the way to the end, you might’ve missed a moment where Snoop Dogg himself gives a shoutout to the Prince and Princess of Wales.

“Thank you, Great Britain, on behalf of big Snoop Dogg, the prince, and his lovely wife,” the rapper casually drops at the end.

If you’re wondering about Snoop’s connection to the royal family, you’re not alone. Turns out, he’s got some major royal fans. Just last month, Snoop spilled the tea on Capital FM with DJ Jordan North, confirming that not only is Prince William a fan, but the late Queen Elizabeth II was too. Snoop didn’t hold back, saying, "Rest in peace to the queen, that was my girl. You know what I'm saying?"

But Snoop’s involvement in the Instagram clip wasn’t the only thing catching viewers’ attention. Prince William’s new look had people doing a double-take. Yep, the Prince of Wales was rocking a scruffy beard alongside Kate, and let’s just say, the internet had thoughts.

ICYMI, the last time we saw William with a beard was way back in 2008, during the Christmas Day service at Sandringham Church. But judging by the reaction, it seems like royal fans are more than ready for this throwback look to make a comeback.
