Prince Harry is heading back across the pond to the U.K.

On Monday, September 30, the Duke of Sussex, 40, will be the guest of honor at the annual WellChild Awards in London. For those who don’t know, Harry has been a longtime patron of WellChild, a charity that supports seriously ill kids and young people with disabilities. It’s also one of the causes he’s continued he’s continued to support since stepping back from royal duties in 2020.

In a statement on Wednesday, September 18, Prince Harry shared how “honored” he feels to celebrate “the remarkable courage and achievements of children living with complex medical needs” once again this year.

He added, “These incredible young people, along with the dedicated caregivers, nurses, and professionals who tirelessly support them, inspire us all. It is a true privilege to recognize such extraordinary individuals.”

WellChild also praised Harry’s commitment over the years, stating, “Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has been WellChild Patron for 16 years and has provided invaluable help—equally in raising awareness and financial contributions—to ensure the charity can pursue its mission to improve the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families.”

They also mentioned that this will be the royal's twelfth time attending the awards, where he’ll meet with each winner and their families at a pre-ceremony reception, making sure to create some unforgettable memories.

But before Prince Harry touches down in the U.K., he’s got a stop in New York City on September 22. He’ll be attending the U.N. General Assembly’s High-Level Week and Climate Week, participating in several high-profile events. The trip to NYC will also include a sweet nod to his late mother, Princess Diana, as he teams up with The Diana Award, a charity created in her memory that empowers young changemakers.

Oh, and let’s not forget—the Duke of Sussex just returned from Colombia with his wife, Meghan Markle. In August, the couple was invited by the Colombian government to visit Bogotá, Cartagena, and Cali ahead of November’s Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children. And yes, they even got to show off their salsa moves while there.

Looks like Prince Harry’s fall calendar is packed.
