According to a surprising new report, Prince Harry could be considering a return to the U.K. to attend the funeral of his uncle Robert Fellowes, but only under one condition: if things can remain drama-free.
According to The Daily Beast, a former friend of Prince Harry's shared, “The death will be a huge blow to the Spencer family. In normal times it would be unimaginable that Harry would not be there... Of course he would want to be there... But these are not normal times and it may well be that everyone feels Harry’s attendance would just create too much drama. It will be very sad for him if he can’t make it.”
And per The New York Post, Harry's friend said this return will only occur “if it doesn’t cause too much drama.”
Lord Fellowes, who was married to Princess Diana’s sister, Lady Jane Fellowes, and served as Queen Elizabeth II’s private secretary, passed away from “undisclosed causes” on July 29 at the age of 82, according to an obituary published in the U.K.’s The Times on July 31.
