Lady Gaga Slays with Bold Look at 'Joker' Premiere, but It’s Her PDA That Steals the Show

Work with a side of PDA

Lady Gaga stepped onto the red carpet in London to promote her new movie Joker: Folie à Deux, and while her vibrant crimson dress and matching red bob definitely turned heads (seriously, that custom Celine by Hedi Slimane ensemble was stunning), it was the PDA with her fiancé, Michael Polansky, that really caught my eye.

On Wednesday, September 25, the “Die With a Smile” singer and Polansky walked the carpet together, and the cameras couldn’t get enough of their affectionate moments. In one shot taken from behind, they had their arms wrapped around each other, faces close together, eyes closed with big grins. In another, they shared a sweet kiss.

Gaga and Polansky first sparked romance rumors back in 2020 when they were spotted kissing at a New Year’s Eve bash in Las Vegas. Just weeks later, they made their relationship public during a PDA-filled weekend in Miami for Super Bowl 2020.

Engagement buzz started swirling in April when the A Star is Born actress was seen rocking a massive diamond ring on her left hand, and the rumors were confirmed in July when she referred to Polansky as her “fiancé” at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

While they have a lot to celebrate as they plan their wedding, it seems like parenthood isn’t on their radar just yet. Gaga shut down pregnancy speculation in June with a TikTok captioned, “Not pregnant—just down bad cryin’ at the gym.”

As for whether the duo plan to grow their family after they tie the knot, Gaga has been open about her excitement to have kids. She previously told InStyle, “I will say I am very excited to have kids. I look forward to being a mom. Isn't it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it. Then it comes out, and it's our job to keep it alive. It's so funny — everyone works out of my house every day. When they come in, I always say, ‘Welcome to the Womb!’”

For now, Lady Gaga's "baby" is her work. In Joker: Folie à Deux, she stars alongside Joaquin Phoenix, who reprises his role as the titular character. The film, directed by Todd Phillips, explores the dynamic between Phoenix's Joker and Gaga's Harley Quinn.

Joker: Folie à Deux hits theaters on October 4.
