The inner purse can be used for organization purposes, to hold the important stuff like a phone or to whip out at a moment's notice for happy hour drinks. Work, daycare, school, social life: We schleppers are all too familiar with business (utilitarian tote) on the outside, party (fun/funky/ladylike pouch or handbag) on the inside.
