Céline Dion might be a legend in the music world, but it looks like even she has her struggles with technology. On Tuesday, November 12, the iconic singer shared a video of herself trying—and (briefly) failing—to get Siri to play her 2024 version of Edith Piaf’s classic song “Hymne à l'amour.”

In the clip, Dion asks Siri, “Hey Siri, play ‘Hymne à l'amour’ by Céline Dion?” But Siri’s response? “I cannot find that track by Céline Dion but here is ‘My Heart Will Go On.’” Um, close, but not quite, Siri.

The Canadian singer, not having it, tries again, “Hey Siri, can you play ‘Hymne à l'amour’ by Céline Dion please?” And once again, Siri insists on playing her 1997 hit instead. “No! Hello,” Dion exclaims in disbelief, before laughing and saying, “Never mind!”

But Dion wasn’t ready to give up just yet. In a hilarious twist, she switches it up and tries asking Siri with a strong French accent. And guess what? It works.

“Okay, here is ‘Hymne à l'amour’ by Céline Dion,” Siri finally says. Dion, clearly amused, gives the camera a thumbs up and a grin as she triumphantly holds her phone in the air.

Dion cleverly captioned the clip, "Third time’s the charm." And fans laughed along with Dion, leaving comments full of crying-laughing emojis and hearts.

This funny moment comes after Dion's stunning performance of the song at the 2024 Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony in July, which marked her return to the stage after revealing her stiff-person syndrome diagnosis in 2022. She also released the official live version of “Hymne à l’amour” in October.

Lately, Dion has been sharing more of her personal life on social media, including some sweet, fan-girling moments with Kelly Clarkson. And fans are definitely here for more of these behind-the-scenes glimpses from the music legend—keep 'em coming, Céline.
