For some, Valentine's Day means whipping up a fancy meal—or at the very least, pretending like you made Tarte aux Champignons from scratch (Trader Joe's; you’re welcome). For others, it looks more like you, your girls, two bottles of wine and Totino's pizza rolls in the air fryer. Either way, we have a reason to bring V-day into the kitchen this year: Drew Barrymore's kitchen line just released a stunning, limited-edition rosé color.

ICYMI, Drew put out a line of high-performance, thoughtfully designed kitchen appliances in 2021 (which truly lives up to its name: Beautiful). Everything combines touchscreen tech with a contemporary matte finish—and the new hue is basically a more elegant version of Barbiecore pink. It has a pastel champagne undertone that feels feminine and romantic—all while being muted enough to work with your existing color scheme. And if the affordable price point wasn’t enough (think: a 6-quart air fryer for $70 or an electric kettle for $30), the rosé color is just another excuse to upgrade everything in our kitchens. The limited-edition finish is available in eight of the line’s best-sellers, along with a new heart-shaped cast iron skillet (all of which you can shop below).

This editor has the air fryer, and I literally don’t know how I survived before it came into my life. It’s great for anyone who’s new to cooking—the illuminated touchscreen controls are straightforward and easy to use—and it consistently crisps food to perfection with an adjustable temperature of up to 400 degrees. The real draw, of course, is how the design is as drool-worthy as the food it produces. The matte finish makes it a piece of counter candy on its own, and I love how the signature brass handle adds an extra pop of glam. Bonus: The crisping tray and pan are dishwasher-safe and easy to clean.

Beyond that, however, is the 5.3-quart stand mixer, which has a 4.6 out of 5-star rating with more than 1,300 reviews. It features 12 speed settings, a tilt-head for effortless mixing and a splash guard to prevent splatters (along with three extra attachments). “Had LOW hopes for this mixer [given the affordable price] but wow,” one reviewer raves. “The color is absolutely beautiful and chic.…it’s not loud at all and all ingredients fit perfectly! What you're paying for is hands-free convenience. You don’t have to stop the mixer every time you add an ingredient. I mix my cake ingredients on low the entire time, adding in ingredients until the end when I blast it to level 10 for 30 seconds (all done). I can’t wait to make pizza dough with the hook—10/10 highly recommend.”

But the rosé appliances don’t stop there. While the 12-piece cookware set features everything from fry pans, sauté pans and saucepans to a 5-quart Dutch oven—plus four extra cookware protectors—the electric kettle can make up to five cups of tea in under five minutes, according to most reviewers. There’s also the new heart-shaped skillet, which is available in rosé, black sesame and merlot (another V-day-themed color introduction). Not only does it have a durable cast iron construction that retains heat (oven-safe up to 500 degrees) but it also reduces sticking with an enamel coating.

Long story short? This is your sign to snag some pretty pink kitchenwares. Just be sure to hop on rosé before it's discontinued after Valentine's Day (or more likely, before it causes everything to go out of stock).
