The new innovation is a silver tequila distilled four times—a rare feat in the tequila world, where agave is usually distilled only up to three times—to harness the plant’s natural sweetness.
It’s so smooth, in fact, that PATRÓN recommends serving it “on ice with a slice” to enjoy its sweet and fruit aroma. All you need? A large ice cube, PATRÓN EL CIELO, and a slice of citrus. Just pour the naturally sweet tequila over ice, add a slice (we recommend orange) et voilà—you’ve just whipped up what we’re dubbing the drink of summer. There are other ways to mix up PATRÓN EL CIELO too, like in a spritz (with ginger ale and chilled white or rosé wine) or in a tequila negroni with bitters and vermouth.
