Meghan Markle Dons Maya Brenner Necklace During Coronation Weekend Hike in Cali

This past weekend was the coronation of King Charles III, 74, so needless to say, it was a fashion-filled event, from matching Alexander McQueen dresses to eye-catching fascinators. However, one guest who couldn't make it to the ceremony was Meghan Markle, 41, who stayed back home to watch over her and Prince Harry's, 38, two kids. Still, she decided to make her own statement across the world in California, with the Clarity Retreat Necklace ($495) from Maya Brenner and Abigail Spencer.

During the coronation weekend, the Duchess of Sussex went for a hike on Sunday, May 7 (once her hubby had jetted back home) and she was spotted wearing the crystal accessory.

In photos from the outdoor excursion (seen here, courtesy of People), the royal was spotted donning a black tank top and leggings, with a forest green jacket tied around her waist. But even when she's getting sporty, the Suits alum can't help but add a few stylish touches. Along with her activewear, Markle added a cream sunhat and a salmon ascot. However, it was her dazzling necklace that totally caught our eye.

As it turns out, the crystal quartz pendant is wrapped under a 14k yellow gold band along with a 2.5 mm diamond. This investment piece was made in collaboration with Abigail Spencer, and on the Maya Brenner site, the description reads: “Made with a hand-cut clear quartz, this crystal is regarded as the most powerful energy amplifier on the planet!
