Gabrielle Union was spotted this week wearing the sleek and stylish Cariuma OCA Low White Canvas sneakers ($85) on the red carpet for the premiere of Descendants: Rise of Red. The 10 Things I Hate About You star decided to pair the canvas shoes with a semi-form fitting check patterned shift dress and a slouchy blue crescent bag.

What's even cuter was that Union's daughter Kaavia was rocking a coordinated 'fit. As they say, like mother, like daughter.

Cariuma

Cariuma, a brand started by two founders who bonded over their love of board sports, aims to craft items that are relaxed, consciously made and good-looking. Plus, they're B-Corp certified (that's a big deal when it comes to sustainability practices).

Cariuma's OCA Low White Canvas shoes are made of a strong canvas material and have 100 percent vegan insoles made of organic mamona oil and cork. The shoe also features a unique toe cap, stamped metal aglets and a fully stitched outsole for supreme durability.

Personally, I've been a huge fan of Cariuma since my introduction to the brand and I can tell you first hand that these shoes are durable, comfortable and totally versatile—with little-to-no break-in time. Props to the Bring It On actress for showing us how to bring business casual to the red carpet.
