This Drama-Filled Meghan Markle Show Is Coming to Netflix in June

Meghan Markle is famous for many things, including her marriage to Prince Harry and her departure from the royal family. But long before she moved to London, the 41-year-old actress starred in a legal drama called Suits. And much to our delight, the show is coming to Netflix next month.

This week, Netflix released a glimpse of its June 2023 streaming slate and confirmed that Suits will hit the streaming service on June 17, just in time for a weekend binge-watching session. Although Suits ran for nine seasons, Netflix will only stream the first eight. But don’t worry, Markle (41) only appeared in the first seven seasons anyways, so you’re in luck.

The show is about a corporate lawyer named Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), who’s forced to adapt when a new partner joins the firm. Markle portrays Rachel Zane, a lawyer who’s trying to break free of her father’s shadow. (FYI, she’s the daughter of a skilled attorney.)

Rachel’s number one workplace rule is to not date a coworker. But everything changes when she meets and develops a close-knit bond (*wink wink*) with another lawyer, Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams). Well, we’ll let you watch Suits to see what happens next.

Other Suits cast members include Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen), Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt), Gina Torres (Jessica Pearson), Abigail Spencer (Dana Scott), Amanda Schull (Katrina Bennett), Katherine Heigl (Samantha Wheeler) and Jacinda Barrett (Zoe Lawford).

Cue the legal jargon.
