Move over American Murder, there's a new docuseries dominating Netflix, and it's called Untold: Sign Stealer.

This sports doc quickly shot to the top of the Netflix charts, giving viewers all the drama, scandal and behind-the-scenes action. In Untold: Sign Stealer, die-hard Michigan Wolverines fan Connor Stalions finally breaks his silence on the Michigan football sign-stealing scandal that made headlines.

Stalions grew up dreaming of coaching his beloved Wolverines. Every decision he made was designed to lead him closer to his idol, Bo Schembechler, the legendary University of Michigan coach. But just as Stalions secured his spot on the University of Michigan's sidelines, the team's winning streak became the focus of intense scrutiny.

The Wolverines were accused of stealing signs from opposing teams, and by the time they clinched their first National Championship since 1997 in January 2024, the evidence against Stalions had piled up, forcing him to step away from the team he loved.

“They dragged my name through the mud, and they did the same to Michigan,” Stalions says in the series. “My whole life changed.”

Untold is no stranger to delivering gripping sports stories and Volume 3 of the critically acclaimed docuseries, which dropped on August 20, is no exception.

This season doesn't just focus on Stalions. It also dives into the exhilarating journey of Steve McNair and the Tennessee Titans as they made their way to the 2000 Super Bowl, alongside the lingering questions surrounding McNair's tragic murder in 2009. And, in a raw and revealing segment, U.S. soccer star Hope Solo opens up about her rollercoaster career, marked by both glory and scandal, that pushed her into the global spotlight.

With its gripping narratives, Untold has dethroned American Murder as Netflix's number-one docuseries.
