‘Emily in Paris’ Season 3 Is Now Streaming on Netflix—Here’s Everything We Know

*Warning: Minor spoilers ahead*

There’s only one thing on our mind at the moment: Emily in Paris season 3.

Netflix just debuted the show’s highly anticipated third season, and it looks like all the drama of previous installments—from love triangles to questionable outfit choices—can be expected once again, with a few additional surprises.

Keep scrolling for details about Emily in Paris season 3.

1. Is Emily in Paris Returning for Season 3?

That’s correct. In January 2022, Netflix officially renewed Emily in Paris for seasons three and four. The news shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, especially since showrunner Darren Star previously discussed Emily’s future and confirmed that she isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

“She’s faced with a major decision. She has reasons to pick a number of doors at the end of season two, and our challenge is deciding which of those doors she’s going to choose and why,” he told TVLine. “That’s what season three is going to be about. When you live in a foreign country, one of the questions is, ‘Where’s your heart?’ Is it the place you came from, or the place you are at the moment? Emily is going to be struggling with that, as well.”

All ten episodes of Emily in Paris season 3 are now streaming on Netflix.

2. What Is Emily in Paris About?

Season one of Emily in Paris documented the titular character's first year in France, while the second installment focused on the love triangle that developed between Emily, her downstairs neighbor Gabriel and his girlfriend, Camille. (Plus, there was the addition of Emily’s new romantic fling, Alfie.)

Season three picks up right where the story left off, shortly after the French employees quit Savoir to start their own marketing firm and asked Emily to join them. But since the show is called Emily in Paris, there’s no way she’d actually return to Chicago after creating a life and career in France…right?

3. Who Stars In Emily in Paris?

The charming cast includes Lily Collins (Emily), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Camille Razat (Camille), Ashley Park (Mindy), William Abadie (Antoine), Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie), Samuel Arnold (Julian), Bruno Gouery (Luc) and Kate Walsh (Madeline). Oh, and how could we forget about newcomer Lucien Laviscount (Alfie)?

Back in April, Laviscount was upgraded to a series regular for season three, which means we can expect much more of him (and a lot more romantic tension) in the coming episodes.

4. Is There a Trailer for Emily in Paris Season 3?

In the trailer, Emily (Lily Collins) is torn between her loyalty to Savoir and her freedom to work as she pleases. “My entire life, I’ve been practical,” she says. “I make one romantic decision, and it bit me in the ass.”

Her indecisiveness leads her to a “double duty” situation, where she’s secretly working for both companies. Of course, it doesn’t take long for Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) to catch wind of Emily’s extracurricular activities.

The trailer also confirms that Emily decides to cut her own bangs. “They're just bangs!” she says to Gabriel when he asks if she's okay. “Sometimes people cut bangs when everything's fine!”

The jury's still out on that one.
