Expertise

As a movement, mindfulness and breathwork coach, I focus on the body-mind-breath connection and emphasize the importance of intentional movement with a focus on longevity, enhanced quality of life and nervous system health.

Experience

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with the body-mind connection and how our internal narrative shapes our external reality. Growing up a high-level athlete—mainly soccer—movement has been a foundational pillar in my overall health and something I'm passionate about sharing with others.

I teach yoga and breathwork classes, as well as work with clients for 1:1 coaching to disconnect from auto-pilot patterns and reconnect with themselves through movement, mindset and breath training. I am also a head coach at Tone Hous—the premier athletic-based strength and conditioning facility in New York City. I lead athletic development classes for strength training, sports conditioning, and yoga—a holistic offering for athletes of all levels. 

Education

I got my BA in Broadcast Journalism at the University of North Carolina. Now, I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer, a RYT-certified yoga instructor, a BreathBodyTherapy-certified functional and therapeutic breathwork practitioner and a certified Hope-Ignited trauma-informed specialist movement coach.
