A total reset for our momentum and motivations

The new moon in Scorpio on the 13th starts the week off with a bang. Though new moons are usually the quietest time of the month, this one faces off with Uranus—the planet of wildcard results and sudden change. Think of this new moon like a cold plunge, caffeine hit or Vitamin B12 shot—it’s a jolt of inspiration to pull you out of a sleepy haze and get things started fast. Later in the week, Mars has its own new moon moment as it meets up with the sun on the 18th. This once in two-year aspect is a total reset for our momentum and motivations, and happening in Mars’ own sign of Scorpio this is a recharge that really packs a punch.

Just in case all of this is sounding like way too much, there’s also a fun-loving Mercury-Venus sextile on the 15th and a dreamy Mars-Neptune trine on the 17th to add a touch of sweetness to an otherwise intense and invigorating week.

(Horoscopes follow for each sign. If you know your rising sign, reading for that sign too will provide further insight.)
