I love my mom. She's supportive and funny and giving—I could go on for hours about how wonderful she is. But she's also, in a rare misstep, the loudest snorer I know. Anytime I share a room with her, I brace for a less-than-restorative sleep. But reader, I think I found a solution: the new Loop Dream earplugs. I tried them while sharing a hotel room with my mom recently, and they immediately earned a spot in my sleep routine.

Now, I'm more than familiar with Loop's suite of products (as is Fashion Editor Abby Hepworth, who has reviewed a few of the brand's products), and have worn the Quiet model (made for deeper focus, calmer travel and napping) every night for years. But despite my love for the Quiets, the Dreams—Loop's first earplugs just for sleep—are on another level. Here's what you need to know.

Loop Dream offers the brand's highest noise reduction yet, plus an oval ear tip made from dual layers of memory foam and soft silicone, which mirrors the ear's shape for an optimal fit. They're comfortable to wear (even when sleeping on your side) and block out essentially all noise. In my experience, it takes a bit of practice to get Loop earplugs to sit correctly (there's a helpful step-by-step guide on Loop's site), but once they're in place, these babies don't budge. I move around all night and can count on one hand the number of times my Quiet earplugs have fallen out of my ears over the past few years—and while I've only been wearing the Dreams for a week or so, I can tell they'll have the same staying power.

At $50, they're not cheap, compared to the Quiet model, which comes in at $25, but considering I wear them every single night and they improve my sleep quality by reducing the number of times I wake up throughout the night, they pay for themselves in a flash. I also love the new color options: a sleek black, soothing lilac and pretty peach, though I do kind of wish the carrying case each pair comes with was in the same hue as the earplugs rather than a frosted clear (but that's just me nitpicking).

Whether you live in a noisy area and are easily roused or you sleep with a snorer (even occasionally, as in my case with my mom), the Loop Dream earplugs are a game-changer.
