You Can Now Treat Head Colds With Your Keurig

Our favorite kitchen appliance to the rescue

keurig 400

Where kitchen appliances are concerned, our Keurig is one of the most frequented. But while we usually rely on it for our morning joe, CVS is proposing a slightly different use: to fight colds and the flu.

Yep, the chain just introduced Nighttime Cold & Flu Relief in the form of K-Cups ($8.50 a package). The cups, which are available now in stores nationwide, work exactly like your regular coffee ones. Just fill the reservoir, pop the K-Cup into the machine, brew and sip.

So while we obviously don’t want to have to use these little guys, it’s good to know they exist. (And yes, we’ll probably stock up before sniffles season.)
