This two-in-one workout combines upper-body boxing and lower-body cycling into a 50-minute class. You’ll spend 40 minutes on the bikes and bags, and do ten minutes of abdominal work to warm up and cool down. For an added level of competition, throw on a fitness tracker and display your stats on one of four large screens inside the workout room.

In addition to blasting calories, this feel-good workout class gets endorphins flowing with its never-ending positive energy. Bikes are free of screens, giving riders a 45-minute tech break (necessary). About halfway through every class, you’ll stop pedaling and pick up a set of hand weights for a ten-minute arm workout filled with biceps curls, triceps kick-backs and shoulder presses. Or stop by for an Arms and Abs class a few times a month for almost 20 minutes of arm work with a dedicated floor abs routine. (P.S. RedBike just opened a third studio in Midtown.)

Barry’s Bootcamp

Talk about an hour of power—Barry’s Bootcamp doesn’t play around. You’ll spend half an hour sprinting on the treadmill and another 30 minutes doing strength-building exercises with heavy weights. The calorie-blasting movements are all about force, so expect bursts of intensity with short rest intervals. Once you’re done, you’ll feel completely spent—but in the best way possible.
