If you’re like us, the worst thing about a workout (besides actually willing yourself to do it, of course) is shelling out hundreds of dollars a month for classes. But fear not: Miami offers all kinds of free yoga sessions—and we rounded up the best spots to make it easy for you next time you’re craving a stretch.

1. Third Street Beach

Trek all the way to the end of Miami Beach any day of the week and find classes at 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (in fall and winter) and 6 p.m. (in spring and summer).

2. Jose Marti Park

The same organizers of the free yoga at Maurice A. Ferré Park and Bayfront Park also offer classes at Jose Marti in Little Havana on Tuesdays at 6 p.m.

3. Collins Park Bass Museum Of Art

Every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m., enjoy a yoga and meditation class led by volunteer instructor Lawrence Huff.

7. MAURICE A. FERRÉ PARK

Between the Pérez Art Museum Miami and Frost Science, Maurice A. Ferré Park (formerly known as Museum Park) has early-morning and evening yoga five days a week. Classes are offered Tuesdays at 6 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:20 a.m. and 6 p.m., Saturdays at 9 a.m. and Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

11. Bayfront Park

Five days a week, yogis can join a free session at the Tina Hills Pavilion near the south side of Bayfront Park.
