Slow Cooker Spiked Cinnamon Lattes
What the heck is the point of a Crockpot cocktail? (Aside from the fact that you don’t have to stand over the stove?) Glad you asked. When you make these slow cooker spiked cinnamon lattes, you can leave the boozy brew in your slow cooker on the low setting and it’ll stay warm for hours. So when you’re throwing a party, there’s no need to worry that your wintry sipper is cooling down. Now who wants seconds?
Ingredients
3 cups brewed espresso (or strong coffee)
4 cups whole milk
½ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, plus more for finishing
7 ounces vanilla vodka
7 ounces coffee liqueur
Whipped cream, for finishing
Directions
1. In a large slow cooker, mix together the espresso, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 3 hours. Mix in the vanilla vodka and Kahlúa.
3. To serve, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
