Roasted Garlic Hummus Crostini Platter
From crostini topped with Boar's Head Roasted Garlic Hummus and a touch of tabbouleh to your favorite vegetables and charcuterie and cheeses, this crostini platter will keep your menu fresh and flavorful.
Ingredients
⅓ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
¼ cup cauliflower rice
1 Roma tomato, cored & diced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Kosher salt, to taste
TK AMOUNT ciabatta sliced into 1/2" thick slices, grilled
TK AMOUNT Boar's Head Roasted Garlic Hummus
4 ounces Boar's Head Creamy Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions
1. In a small bowl stir together the parsley, cauliflower rice, tomato & lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
2. Spread hummus on each slice of bread & top with mixture.
3. Sprinkle with feta then serve on a platter with a small bowl of Roasted Garlic Hummus, Boar's Head Charcuterie, and your favorite accoutrements.
