Ingredients

2 ounces Dole® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice

1 ounce bitters

3 ounces dry sparkling wine

Splash seltzer water

Ice and lime slices, to serve

Directions

In a highball or large wine glass, combine the pineapple juice, bitters, sparkling wine, seltzer and ice. Stir to combine, then garnish with a slice of lime.
