Peanut Butter Dip

Calling all peanut butter lovers. This recipe for peanut butter dessert dip is just for you. Serve it with pretzels (or even some banana slices) and go, um, nuts.


Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

⅓ cup light brown sugar

¼ cup confectioners' sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1½ cups whipped topping, thawed

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

¼ cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped

Pretzels, as needed for serving

Directions

1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the peanut butter with the cream cheese, brown sugar, confectioners' sugar and salt until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Add the whipped topping and mix on low speed until fully combined, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the vanilla extract and mix to combine.

3. Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with pretzels for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days (bring to room temperature before serving).
