Non-Alcoholic Chocolate Cherry Martini
Every delicious meal should always be accompanied by an equally delicious drink. For this non-alcoholic martini, blend together Private Selection Frozen Mixed Variety Cherries, grenadine and crème de cacao flavored syrup. Add heavy cream and shake, shake, shake. Dip the rims of each glass in Turbinado Sugar, drizzle Dark Chocolate Fudge Dessert Topping on the inside of the glass and garnish with cherries. Hint: To turn this into a cocktail, add two ounces of cherry vodka to each martini.
Ingredients
½ cup Private Selection Frozen Mixed Variety Cherries, stemmed and pitted, plus more to garnish
1 ounce grenadine
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, plus more to garnish
2 ounces crème de cacao flavored syrup (non-alcoholic)
3 ounces heavy cream or half-and-half
Ice, to serve
Directions
1. Using a small paintbrush, brush a thin coating of Private Selection Dark Chocolate Fudge Dessert Topping around the rims of two martini glasses. Spread the turbinado sugar in an even layer on a small plate and dip the rims into the sugar to coat.
2. Combine the pitted cherries, grenadine, chocolate syrup, crème de cacao flavored syrup and 2 ounces water in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined. Strain the mixture through a metal sieve into a cocktail shaker to remove any cherry pieces. Add the heavy cream and ice to the cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
3. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside both martini glasses, then strain the cocktail evenly into both glasses. Thread three cherries onto a cocktail pick and rest on the martini glass to garnish.
Note: To turn this mocktail into a cocktail, add 1½ ounces cherry vodka to each cocktail.
