Fact: We've been known to make cookie dough just to eat it. So we thought, why not make a party-friendly version? And thus our recipe for chocolate-chip cookie dough dip was born. It's cream-cheese-based and ready in 15 minutes flat.

Ingredients

1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

¼ cup light brown sugar

¾ cup confectioners' sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1¼ cups mini chocolate chips

Graham crackers, as needed for serving

Directions

1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with the cream cheese and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.

3. Serve at room temperature with graham crackers for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days (bring to room temperature before serving).
