Unicorns are a thing of whimsical beauty, and this Baileys Almande fruit smoothie is no different. Three layers of fruit puree combined with coconut water, dairy-free whipped cream and sprinkles. Unicorns may not truly exist, but this drink sure does.

Ingredients

½ cup frozen blackberries

1 cup Vita Coco coconut water, divided

1½ ounces Baileys Almande, divided

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

Fresh blackberries, strawberries and raspberries, for garnish

Dairy-free whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Sprinkles, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. In a blender, puree the blackberries with ⅓ cup coconut water and ½ ounce Baileys Almande until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.

2. Add the strawberries to the blender, and puree with ⅓ cup coconut water and ½ ounce Baileys Almande until smooth. Pour into the glass on top of the blackberry mixture.

3. Add the raspberries to the blender, and puree with ⅓ cup coconut water and ½ ounce Baileys Almande until smooth. Pour into the glass on top of the strawberry mixture.

4. Arrange a few of the fresh berries on a wooden skewer and put it into the drink. Serve immediately, garnished with dairy-free whipped cream and sprinkles, if using.
