How to Clean a Blender

Triple-berry Smoothie Bowl

In a blender, combine 1 frozen banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup raspberries, ¼ cup Greek yogurt and ½ cup ice; blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with ¼ cup blackberries, 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds and 2 tablespoons granola.

Green Smoothie Bowl

In a blender, combine 1 frozen banana, 1 avocado, 2 cups spinach, 1 apple, ¼ cup almond milk and ½ cup ice; blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with 2 tablespoons goji berries, 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, 1 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts and 1 sliced kiwi.

Vanilla-oat Smoothie Bowl

In a blender, combine 1 frozen banana, cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup almond milk,  cup rolled oats, 2 teaspoons turbinado sugar, ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, a pinch of ground cinnamon and½ cup ice; blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with ¼ cup chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs and 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
