The Official ‘Virgin River’ Instagram Shares Series of Throwback Photos from the Show

The Virgin River producers must know that fans are hungry for more, because they've been treating us to all kinds of special photos and videos from behind the scenes of our favorite romantic drama.

Today, a series of stills and BTS pics were shared to the official Virgin River Instagram account, along with a caption that said, “TBT of VR, part 1 #virginriver #virginriverseries #netflix #virginrivernetflix #virginriverseriesnetflix #virginriverseries.”

The fact that the team included “part 1” in the caption leads us to believe this is only the beginning of a series of throwbacks that will be shared (*fingers crossed*). In the slideshow, we see a number of classic moments from the series, including a shot from the steamy bath scene involving Jack (Martin Henderson) and Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) at the beginning of season 3. We also get images of Colin Lawrence wearing a mask on set while talking with one of his fellow actors, Breckenridge smiling off camera and more.

Prior to this collection of throwbacks, there have been all kinds of behind-the-scenes moments shared to Instagram.

Earlier this month, we saw Breckenridge and her fellow cast members dancing to “Goodies” by Ciara while taking a break on set (and this wasn't the first time we'd seen Breckenridge dancing, either). Meanwhile, the producers recently shared a series of photos that went behind the scenes with “the guys” of the show.

Even the actors are getting in on the fun. Just this month, Martin Henderson took his followers on a special tour where he showed them what it is really like on the set of Virgin River.

These rare glimpses are helping to tide us over while we wait for season four.
