Even if you don’t like football, there are two reasons to tune into the 2025 Super Bowl: 1) Kendrick Lamar’s halftime performance and 2) Taylor Swift’s fashion inspo. Although Travis Kelce has dominated headlines throughout the season (partially due to his better half), there are some people who want him to lose the big game—including his own brother, Jason.
Travis Kelce’s Brother Isn’t Rooting for Him in the Super Bowl—But He Has a Valid Reason
"I will always be an Eagle first and foremost"
The Kelce brothers recently re-shared a clip from their New Heights podcast and joked that Jason needs to readdress a comment he made back in 2024 while discussing the Super Bowl. At the time, he didn’t know that Travis’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, would battle against the Philadelphia Eagles in the upcoming game. Still, Jason admitted that regardless of Travis’s participation, he will root for the Eagles over his own brother.
“I will root for the Eagles of course because I will always be an Eagle first and foremost,” Jason said.
Of course, Travis was disappointed by his brother’s honesty. “This is bulls---,” he jokingly added. “Such bulls---.”
Jason clarified that he doesn’t wish harm on his brother, but his loyalty is with Philadelphia. “I’ll also root for Travis to have a good game of course,” Jason explained. “He’s my brother. But no, I’ll definitely be cheering on the Eagles.”
The caption of the post read, “We might have to revisit this No Dumb Question on this week’s episode.”
The official Kelce Brothers Instagram account commented on the video and wrote, “Time to gift Jason one of those Mama Kelce Jerseys—Chiefs in the front, Eagles in the back.”
Sounds like Swift may have some fashion competition.
