In honor of National Sisters Day last week, Tracee Ellis Ross treated her fans to several throwback pics of her lookalike siblings.
The Pattern founder shared a collection of her most memorable moments with Rhonda and Chudney Ross, as well as her former stepsisters, Leona and Katinka Naess. "My first best friends!" Ross wrote in the caption. "I love these women. #nationalsistersday (a day late, sorry I took a nap)."
In the montage, which is set to Sister Sledge's "We Are Family," the actress shares silly videos, childhood throwbacks and a few funny pics with her siblings, including a snap of Tracee, Rhonda and Chudney rocking matching shirts that read "Straight Outta Diana Ross," alluding to N.W.A’s iconic Straight Outta Compton album. Another standout moment comes when we see the trio enthusiastically performing together in what appears to be a karaoke session.
One follower commented, "I love your family dynamic and how close you all are." Another chimed in, "Sisters are truly the best, you are blessed!!!"
Tracee's tribute comes just a few days after she shared a powerful video of her sister, Rhonda, opening up about her natural hair journey.
As part of a promotion for Tracee's Pattern product, the video features Rhonda detangling and styling her son's hair as she speaks. In the caption, Tracee wrote, "Boy do I love this and sheesh do I love my family! The @patternbeauty Detangling Nectar: Raif tested, Rhonda approved. This formula was inspired by my beautiful sister @therhondaross and my gorgeous nephew @raifhenok. Her hair journey reaffirmed her love of self and she poured that same love and pride of hair and heritage into her son."
She added, "I could listen to my sister talk and express herself forever."
