Tracee Ellis Ross Rocks Vintage Cheetah-Print Dress on Instagram

Tracee Ellis Ross may be saying goodbye to her hit ABC series Black-ish, but hopefully this just means that she'll have more time to post her chic outfits to Instagram.

While we saw that the star was filming the final episode of her comedy series this week, she recently found the time to show off a cheetah-printed dress accessorized with a brown leather shaper belt. Along with the jungle-themed dress, the actress sported a pair of golden hoop earrings as well as a matching ring with her initials on it (“TR”).

The outfit was styled by celebrity stylist Karla Welch, while Marcia Hamilton constructed the actress's slicked-back ponytail. Ross modeled the outfit in a series of photos, followed by a video where she's seen snacking and has added a fur coat over the dress. In her caption, Ross said, “When @karlawelchstylist throws a vintage Patrick Kelly dress over the gate & then I dig in my closet to complete the look! *This body shaper is on point y’all. Mama be lookin smooth.”

The details of the gown were shared by vintage collector Cherie Balch (aka Shrimpton Couture), who said, “I guess the secret that I had a second of this Fall 1989 Patrick Kelly dress hidden away in my archives is OUT! @traceeellisross just posted these shots wearing it and she looks smoking….Patrick would be looking down right now screaming in joy to see this…big hugs to my fave @karlawelchstylist for making this magic happen because it is absolutely a pure up [100 emoji]. Fashion dreams are made of this magic moment.”

Tracee Ellis Ross never ceases to make magic out her fashion.
