Tracee Ellis Ross Shares Heartwarming Pics with Mom Diana Ross in Honor of Her 50th Birthday

Beauty queen and fashion icon Tracee Ellis Ross rang in her 50th birthday with a bang, complete with show-stopping outfits and a special appearance from her mom, Diana Ross.

The Pattern Beauty founder gave her fans a glimpse of the star-studded affair with a fun montage of pics on Instagram, set to Ella Fitzgerald's "Moonlight Serenade." The post included several familiar faces, from her siblings to her Black-ish co-stars Marsai Martin and Miles Brown. But perhaps the most memorable snap is the one of Tracee and her mom singing what appears to be a duet.

The actress, who's seen in a dazzling red gown, captioned the post, "Some of the birthday love."

As you'll see in the clip, there are several shots of Tracee embracing and greeting her guests, including her lookalike mom, who's donning a fashionable purple gown. In one snap, Tracee is seen getting emotional as Diana delivers what looks to be a heartfelt birthday toast. And in another, both are singing into their mics.

The montage also includes a few candids and multiple photos of Tracee posing with her family, including her siblings Chudney Ross, Rhonda Ross Kendrick, Evan Ross, Leona Naess and Ross Naess.

FYI, Tracee sported not one, but three fabulous looks for the milestone occasion. And as it turns out, Tracee's gorgeous red gown came straight out of her mother's closet, as she noted in the caption of one post featuring the full ensemble. She wrote, "BIRTHDAY LOOK no. 3 from my mama’s archive."

For her second look, Tracee opted for a candy-red sequin ensemble, featuring a jacket with a matching tube top and pants. She finished the look with black retro platform boots, giving major throwback vibes.

And for her third look, Tracee looked ready to slay some monsters with her chic, futuristic outfit. The actress wore a sheer neon yellow gown over a black bathing suit, then completed the look with thigh-high boots and oversized shades.
