To reach "It" status, an accessory has to check all the boxes. It has to be functional, fashionable and versatile, and, of course, worthy of being coveted. And if you ask me, that all precisely describes the new Stanley Cross bottle ($75). Because here's the thing: It's not just the double-wall vacuum-insulated water bottle that we all know and love—it's also a wearable crossbody that you can match to your outfit and carry hands-free! Yep, with all those water bottle carriers going viral lately, Stanley seems to have cut out the middleman. Needless to say, if there's any time to ditch your Quencher, it's now, because I have a strong feeling this new Stanley bottle is going to be everywhere this summer. After all, there's no better way to stay hydrated on-the-go than by doing it in style.

The crossbody water bottle was released on June 25 in six colors: black 2.0, cream, rose quartz, ash, mist and lilac. I can tell you all about its cool and functional design (which puts a fashionable spin on a classic hiking canteen), but I think its biggest selling point is the fact that it can keep your water ice cold for two days (or 12 hours without ice). How is it able to do it, you ask? Well, the recycled stainless-steel bottle has double-wall vacuum insulation, which allows it to keep your 23-ounce drink colder for longer, according to the brand. But I also like the sound of its leakproof Triton lid and silicone base, which are meant to help it withstand any drops or falls. However, I don't think you need to worry about dropping this bad boy since it comes complete with a soft woven jacquard strap that can be adjusted for the perfect fit.
