Sofía Vergara is not only a tastemaker when it comes to fashion, but also when it comes to interior design. And while we're always savoring those mirror selfies which give us a glimpse into her Los Angeles home, the 50-year-old star just posted a new series of photos that offered a rare insider look.
The Modern Family alum hosted a few pals over the weekend, as evidenced by her Instagram post on Saturday, May 20, which was captioned: “Amigas!!!...en LA!”
The photo sees Vergara's friend, Margarita Heilbron, sitting in her living room. But better yet, it gives us a peek at Vergara's decor.
In the photo, we see Heilbron perching on a patterned rug, leaning against a cream-colored L-shape couch. The rustic coffee table in front of her is covered with colorful vases, white flowers, fabric coasters and other knickknacks. Meanwhile, there are also a variety of coffee table books focusing on artists like Frida Kahlo, Annie Leibovitz, designer Tom Ford and more.
The other photos in the slideshow see Vergara's gorgeous backyard, as well as the delicious-looking brunch she'd set up, featuring pastries, eclairs, macarons and more.
In a more recent post, the Chef actress posed for one of her classic mirror selfies, and she recruited her friends for the pic. However, it was Vergara's dress that caught our eye, which had an intricate blue-and-white pattern that seemed inspired by azulejo tile.
Speaking of clothing, the Modern Family star also posted a boomerang to her Instagram Story, where her visiting pals were seen going through the clothes in her closet (and we got serious envy from Vergara's setup).
