Simone Biles Competes Against Her Fiancé Jonathan Owens in New Instagram Video

While Simone Biles usually makes super romantic posts for her fiancé, Jonathan Owens, on Instagram, the 25-year-old gymnast decided to switch it up with a little friendly competition in her latest upload.

As part of a collaboration with Snapchat, Biles shared a teaser of a segment called “Daring Simone Biles.” In the video, Biles decides to test out her football skills by seeing if she can land more footballs in a net than her fiancé (who plays for the NFL, btw).

“Daring Simone Biles available now on snapchat,” the gymnast wrote in her caption. “This is actually one of my favorite episodes. You’ll see my Fiance make an appearance @jowens The Fiance Combine hosted by @joehaden23.”

In the video, we see that Biles starts out a little rusty at the beginning of the game, but she quickly gets the hang of it. “Okay, I can't let Jonathan win and have him think football is harder than gymnastics,” she jokingly says in the clip. She adds, “I really need to focus, see the ball, find the opening and throw.”

One she starts scoring a bunch of points, Biles throws some shade at her soon-t0-be hubby. “Babe, I know you're getting nervous,” she says. “Ain't nobody getting nervous,” Owens responds.

By the end of the video, Biles has made 6 out of the 10 shots, and she remarks, “I think Jonathan is shocked right now.” Owens then laughs and says, “Oh I have to win this, [or] she won't ever stop talking about it.”

The video closes before we find out the winner of the game, but Biles makes sure to get in a little more smack talk. “He's not a quarterback and he's got a broken arm,” she says. “I think I've got a real shot at winning.”
