If you thought Simone Biles was done setting records, well...you thought wrong. After winning bronze in balance beam and the team silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (despite some personal setbacks), it looks the 26-year-old gymnast is ready to hit the mat yet again.

Biles will be competing in gymnastics for the first time since the 2020 Olympic Games at the U.S. Classic this coming Saturday, August 5. And she's sharing been sharing her journey in a series of new Instagram Stories.

In one video, Biles teased that she might be prepping for the 2024 Paris Olympics. She scanned over a large wall of balloons, which included posters that said: “The journey to Paris 2024 starts here.”

Not only that, but the four-time gold medalist also reunited with one of her former teammates (and close friend), Jordan Chiles, 22. Biles shared a boomerang of her and Chiles clinking their glasses, with a caption which read, “Cheers @jordanchiles.” Beneath that, Biles added, “Yes it's non alcoholic.”

In 2019, Chiles actually moved to Texas to train alongside Biles, and her efforts seemingly paid off, because the two then competed together at the 2020 Summer Olympics, winning the team silver medal along with Sunisa Lee and Grace McCallum.

It was during this competition that Biles ended up withdrawing halfway through the competition, due to a struggle with “the twisties” (a sudden loss of air balance awareness). Thankfully though, Biles was able to overcome this loss, and she participated in the Gold Over America Tour from September to November 2021.

Will we see Simone in a third Olympic Games? We guess only time will tell.
