Serena Williams Reveals Her Secret Training Tip

As one of the greatest athletes in the world, we're not surprised that Serena Williams has a few tricks up her sleeve which help her to play expertly on the tennis court. But according to her latest Instagram post, she has one helpful hobby that is quite unexpected: snorkeling.

That's right—it seems the underwater activity has aided the tennis pro with her stretching, which she revealed along with a new series of photos. As Williams posed like a model under the sea, she added a caption that said, “When you ask how did I reach that ball…it’s underwater training :).”

Users loved the slideshow, with one person calling Williams a “Swimming legend.” Actor Colton Haynes pointed out that the athlete's form was on point, commenting, “AND SHE POINTED HER FLIPPERS.”

This is not the first time Williams has shared her snorkeling adventures this week. The athlete has been enjoying the underwater activity while on vacation with her family, and just a couple days ago, she posted a different slideshow that featured a video of her swimming.

The post also featured a clip of Williams joined by her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and their daughter, Olympia. In the video, Ohanian says, “I see Dory!” Then, Williams takes viewers under the water, where a school of fish are seen swimming around the family. One user jokingly commented, “I didn’t know GOATs could swim!”

Before heading off on vacation, Williams was last spotted with her family at the red carpet premiere for King Richard, a movie which is based off her and her sister Venus's history with their father.

We wonder if this vacay will reveal any of Serena's other secret training tips.
