Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson just proved that she has the whole grandmother thing down to a T.
The Duchess of York, 64, recently sat down for an interview with Hello! magazine and shared never-before-heard details about granddaughter Sienna’s unicorn-themed birthday party. (FYI, Sienna is the daughter of Princess Beatrice, and she just turned three last month.)
“We had such a good time, with balloons and a fabulous unicorn cake from Tesco,” Fergie told the mag.
The proud grandmother also revealed the stylish gift she gave to the birthday girl. Fergie added, “I also gave her a pink mackintosh with glitter in it, and I think mum was thrilled with that!”
Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, welcomed baby Sienna back in September 2021. The royal paid tribute to her late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, with her daughter’s full name, Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi.
Then earlier this week, Princess Beatrice and Mozzi announced that they are expecting their second child together. The couple posted two photos on Instagram—one featured Mozzi walking with Sienna and his son from a previous relationship, Wolfie (8).
The caption read, “Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together early in the new year; a sibling for Wolfie and Sienna.”
