While the Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds rom-com The Proposal is full of comical scenes, it sounds like there were just as many funny moments when the cameras stopped rolling.
During an interview on the About Last Night Podcast with Adam Ray, Bullock discussed a laughably awkward moment that occurred while she and Reynolds were filming the now-iconic nude scene.
Bullock said, “We had to do that scene—the naked scene—that day...So we had a closed set, which means no one's allowed to be on there, just hair and makeup come in and fluff and hide. Ryan and I have these flesh-colored things stuck to our privates, you know, my hair is strategically over the nipples.”
But as they shot the scene, there was one instance that was quite memorable for the 57-year-old actress. “So we're doing it and we collide together and we're on the floor...and we're lying there and they have to say cut,” she said. “But we couldn't really move, so he was on his back with his knees up and I was on the floor just resting on his knees just waiting.”
