For the first time ever, Sandra Bullock is teaming up with Brad Pitt to bring us a thrilling action film.
The Bird Box actress, 56, is reportedly in talks to star alongside Pitt in the highly anticipated movie, Bullet Train, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film is based on the namesake book by Kotaro Isaka, following a group of hitmen and assassins as they embark on conflicting missions. The movie takes place on a train in Tokyo, which explains the title. (It’s pegged to be a cross between Speed and Non-Stop.)
In addition to Pitt, Bullock is joining a star-studded cast, which includes Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Andrew Koji and Michael Shannon. David Leitch (Deadpool 2) is directing Bullet Train and overseeing the rewrite of the script, which was originally penned by Zak Olkewicz (Lights Out).
